Suede is an artist and photographer based in New York City

Born in Lahore, Pakistan, Suede’s family immigrated to the US in 1999. Since then he has come in contact with a myriad of vibrant cultures and peoples. From the apartments of Yonkers, NY to the suburbs of Connecticut, and now back to Harlem, NYC, Suede has made everlasting relationships along the way.

Suede always had a penchant for the arts. He sketched and drew from a very young age. He first started with creating little storybooks about the animals he learned about at school and graduated on to digital arts, Islamic calligraphy, and charcoal. This quickly led to commissions which led to published works in over 4 books.

Suede continues to travel all over the globe while maintaining a healthy academic balance. Meeting clients and friends from all over the world only continues creative evolution.

Suede has been honored to work with brands as well as collaborate with leading figures in the South Asian Art community. He is always excited to work on new projects that allow him to connect with new people and travel to new places.
